Cosa vuole un ammalato

Cosa vuole un ammalato quando si reca in una struttura sanitaria? Quale scelta farebbe in termine di cure appropriate e risolutive? Avere un ottimo medico...ma burbero e scontroso di carattere, o avere un ottimo medico a livello caratteriale e pessimo nella professione? Perdonatemi!...ma se un medico mi strapazza, ma poi mi cura a "dovere" preferisco quest'ultimo! La relazione d'aiuto , l'empatia, il piano di assistenza lo vedo apprpriato all'infermiere principale responsabile del piano di assistenza e alla figura tecnica di supporto dell'OSS!
