Oramai tutto è improntato su obbiettivi da raggiungere, da qui i relativi riconoscimenti economici e di carriera. Se l'obiettivo raccomandato, dalla Regione all'AUSL, è di ridurre i parti con cesareo!.....l'efficacia/efficienza del medico quanto potrà essere serena e non condizionata?
